Founder’s Perspective
Built on Operational Reality
Mikyung Jeong Zdybowicz, MSSCM | Founder
I was born and educated in Korea, where my professional foundation was shaped within advanced manufacturing environments defined by precision, coordination, and accountability. This early immersion in how complex products are developed and prepared for global markets continues to inform my disciplined approach to U.S. market entry today.
Since relocating to California in 2007, I have strengthened that foundation through a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and formal training in U.S. Customs Brokerage. This allows me to navigate U.S. regulations, logistics, and commercial requirements as they operate in practice—not in abstraction.
My work has consistently sat at the intersection of operations and market execution. Leading product commercialization, regulatory coordination, and supplier alignment—both within established organizations and an AgTech company I founded—has shaped my execution-driven approach grounded in operational reality.
I work where outcomes are decided: where documentation, compliance, and partner readiness either earn buyer confidence or stall momentum. By aligning operational fundamentals with clear market communication, I help technically strong products become trusted, buyer-ready solutions for the U.S. market.
We don’t just teach you how to knock on the door of the U.S. market. We build the operational substance that proves you are a ready partner once that door opens.
THE FOUNDATION
A Technical Bridge to the U.S. Market
We help Korean and Asian manufacturers establish institutional credibility in the U.S. market by aligning their capabilities with local expectations—commercially, operationally, and institutionally.
Bicultural Business Execution
We align manufacturers with how U.S. buyers assess risk and value. Beyond translation, we ensure decision alignment.
Operational Readiness
We ensure organizations are prepared to operate seamlessly. Through clear documentation and coordinated compliance, we proactively manage predictable risks.
Execution That Supports Growth
We identify and mitigate friction before it becomes a drag. Our early-stage execution protects momentum and creates the optimal path to reach key decision-makers.
The Principles
INTEGRITY.
Execution earns trust. In the U.S. market, credibility is built through disciplined, transparent follow-through across every operational detail. Integrity is not just an attribute; it is our operational baseline.
INTEGRATION.
Alignment through continuity. We integrate directly into existing workflows, refining solutions through listening and iteration. From digital positioning to technical and operational support, alignment evolves as the supply chain evolves.
INTERDEPENDENCE.
Partnerships over transaction. We integrate into existing workflows, refining solutions through listening and iteration. From digital positioning to technical support, our alignment evolves as the supply chain evolves.
